There are a couple of Pipex employees that keep an eye on the forum posts and help out where they can – hopefully you or others could get some support here?</description>

i had been put on hold and passed around full circle for over 1 hr 19 mins!!
with the information provided by yourself i phoned 02033028404 and i got through immeadiately..thank you thank you thank you</description>

		<description>Glad to help - I managed to get reconnected with the help and intervention of Tiscali in about 7 days I think. Pipex have credited me back over a months charges - so I guess I am OK again.
It&#039;s a strange relationship. Pipex and Tiscali don&#039;t seem to excessive packet shape the connection, and it&#039;s pretty reliable. If it wasn&#039;t for their support and customer management I would recommend them to others.</description>
